Michele has at all times acted with utmost efficiency, with timely and easy to understand responses. She appeared with me at two Divorce Court hearings having provided me with details of what I might expect and all possible scenarios. This made the hearings more bearable, knowing in advance what possible outcomes there might be. Very disappointing! I asked Giles an co. to deal with a property purchase, when the time came it turned out they were also acting for the purchasers of my property, but they omitted to tell me this. I felt it was a conflict of interest. The purchase was a time limited offer, but they refused to communicate and after 2 months of waiting the transaction collapsed.

When my property sale was going through, they changed the time on me at the last minute and I had to leave some belongings behind then they refused to let me have it back so it had to be reported to the police as stolen. In my opinion they are not a trustworthy or reliable group. I would not use them.
