AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY! Do not use if you want your sale/purchase to actually go through. Babs Merotohun is in particularly RUDE AND TERRIBLE AT HIS JOB. Why anyone employs this man is beyond me. He is absolutely useless and just takes peoples money and dose zero work unless you constantly chase him and then he is just incredibly rude! This man should not be a solicitor, can't explain how rude and rubbish at his job he is. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Wish I could give zero stars!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! very unprofessional and unresponsive, and especially very rude and dismissive on the phone from someone claiming to be a partner in the firm. He just kept saying send an email, to which nobody replies. I suggest you look for another firm rather than take the risk with this one. I will never use them again.
