In the police station it is free for everyone. In the Magistrates Court, the majority of our cases are funded by legal aid, some clients, if earning over a certain amount may need to pay privately, our solicitors can advise you of our rates and charges. In the Crown Court everyone is entitled to legal aid, however those who earn over a certain amount of money may have to make a contribution towards the cost, which is refunded if you are found not guilty.Every case is different and our experienced solicitors will be able to advise you on the possible sentence of any charge you may face.

Best criminal solicitor! The criminal Laywer was fantastic! Thank you for saving my driving licence. I had called many lawyers in halifax before choosing Haider solicitors. I got so many silly quotes and silly promises made. I decided to choose Haiders after they were recommended to me. The fee was half what other solicitors in halifax and Bradford were charging me for road traffic criminal case.

The service was amazing always updated me, regular contact, prepared me well for my case, everything they said happened and at the end I was found not guilty.
