A number of our counsel are specialists in one of these areas, whilst many offer a breadth of experience across the common law. The range of knowledge available in chambers enables us to provide the requisite knowledge for each case.

4 King's Bench Walk has a strong Criminal Team that is highly regarded. We offer a complete range of experienced counsel from Juniors to Queens Counsel. Members of the team have developed strong practices within the Midlands, Thames Valley, London and South Eastern Courts. The Criminal Team is the largest group within chambers and has members at all levels of call and with expertise in every aspect of criminal law.

We aim to deliver practical advice with a fast turnaround. Chambers presents a number of in-house seminars, which members are happy to present either in your offices or at our conference facilities. Ancillary Relief and other financial proceedings, including relating to divorce or separation, cohabitants, pre-nuptial agreements, trusts and TLATA 1996. We can appear for you in courts at all levels, from the Court of Appeal and County Court to the Family Proceedings Court. The Family Team will accept instructions from solicitors across the UK, including those working in Local Authorities. We receive cases by referrals from the Central Authority and the Official Solicitor, and members also regularly represent Cafcass.
