Our firm is a rapidly growing and expanding firm. Our firm was founded by Nicole Jacobs, a qualified solicitor and member of the Law Society, who has been involved in providing legal services and advice since 1998. The mission of our firm is to provide our clients with the highest level of personal and professional service for their legal needs.
Disbursements: are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. When buying a leasehold property other disbursements may apply depending on the term of the lease. We will update you on the specific fees upon receipt and review of the lease from the seller's solicitors.
We are currently recruiting Solicitors, Legal Executives and Accredited Individuals in all fields to join our team. All candidates must have excellent communication skills and ambition to excel in their field of specialism. The ideal candidates will have a client following and strong business development skills.
We are located on the Second Floor of Equitable House, 7 General Gordon Square, Woolwich London SE18 6FH. There are several Pay and Display Car Parks in the locality : at Woolwich Arsenal Train Station Car Park, Vincent Road (SE18 6RF),P owis Street Public Car Park- adjacent to Travelodge, Monk Street Car Park. The closest overground and DLR station is Woolwich Arsenal and is directly opposite from the office.

Yemi Sogbetun was excellent from the beginning to the end of my house purchase process. For a previous attempt to purchase (pulled out due to very adverse survey) I had opted for the estate agent's preferred solicitor, which was a telephone and online service. This didn't work well for me, although no doubt it would be cheaper for a completed purchase.
I may be old-fashioed, but when I am making such a major financial commitment, I prefer to see the solicitor face-to-face initially. Yemi was professional and reassuring. Moreover, the service was much more thorough than the online solicitor - for example Yemi asked to see the survey and made several important investigations and also gave me good advice on a few points.
The online service did not want to look at the survey for the previously attempted purchase and therefore would have missed important points I would not have spotted myself. From my personal experience I would definitely recommend Anaysse-Jacobs.

I went to this firm on a friend's recommendation for a leasehold purchase. My previous experiences with property conveyencing solicitors had not all been positive and this was a particularly complex purchase. Nicole Jacobs and the other staff we dealt with were prompt, efficient and gave us honest advice. They were our rocks in what sometimes felt like a sea of confusion and half-truth.
When we finally got to the end of the process, the bill for their services was very reasonable and no more than the initial estimate. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I recently bought a property and Anaysse-Jacobs solicitors made the process super smooth from start to finish. Buying a house is a very stressful and time-consuming process but Anaysse-Jacobs ensured the legal side of things was stress free. For such a competitively priced solicitors I was impressed by the quality of service I received and by my solicitor's excellent professionalism.
