As one of the other reviews says, completely not reliable. They backed out from the conveyancing without any notice. They staff went on holiday and they do not even share the email of the next person. When you chase they will leave your conveyancing leaving you stuck. I am proceeding with reporting them to Ombudsman and court action if required.

Conveyancing. one of their solicitors was given our sale of house. simple straight forward. no chain involved. it took eight weeks to do the conveyancing. the reason? the solicitor went on holiday for two weeks and every thing just stopped till she came back. we almost lost the sale.

I used this solicitors for my divorce. Now we all know it's an expensive do but as I came to discover you also have to keep tabs on what you are being charged for. Initially what I thought was THE solicitor dealing with my case, turned out to be a trainee. This came to light when the letters being sent had been signed by someone completely different & wouldn't have stood in any court as the all the names where wrong, ie Mr where it should have been Mrs.

When I eventually got to see THE solicitor dealing with my case with the said letter in my hand, they looked a bit red faced & in a blink of an eye reduced the bill by 200. I didn't say a word. So all in all not a very professional bunch, not recommended by me at least.
