The firm was established in Bushey in 1969. The current Principal joined the firm in 1981 having legal experience in Glasgow, London and Hemel Hempstead. We have two Assistant Solicitors and a Licensed Conveyancer among our staff and there are two other members of staff currently in training to achieve legal qualifications. We have experience in advising both employers and employees in relation to employment issues.

We offer advice on dismissal, redundancy, transfer of employment and discrimination claims. We can advise on and negotiate the terms of Settlement Agreements arising on termination of employment including clauses as to future non disclosure.

We recognised the value of the scheme which gives assurance to the members of the public and all clients that all Solicitors dealing with their conveyancing are experienced and are approved by the Law Society, under this Scheme.
