This is the second time I have used Blandy & Blandy and in particular Stephen. The first time was for the purchase of my property, so impressed I then used his services for the sale and then subsequent purchase. It was always very easy to get hold of Stephen, we spoke on the phone when it made sense and emailing was very efficient and responsive. One of the things I particularly appreciated was Stephen's ability to explain things in a straightforward and digestible manner, especially when a couple of more complex points arose.

We were a little bit behind my buyer when it came to my purchase but we were able to catch up and then overtake in terms of readiness and this in a large part was down to Stephen's hard work and diligence, with some issues being dealt with outside of normal work hours which was highly appreciated. Highly recommend for a professional, friendly service that exceeds expectations.

Karen was amazing and made the process of buying my first house stress free. She took us through each step and always responded quickly to any questions. Also I really liked that the whole fee was discussed upfront so there was no unwelcome surprises along the way. If your nervous or have had a previously poor experience regarding your home sale/purchase then please look no further than Blandy & Blandy. Especially if you specifically use Karen Pratt. We have recently sold our home and purchased another. There were 4 in the chain including us and to say we had a few challenges with the chain would be fair. Karen however was simply outstanding.

From the initial quote to the final completion she regularly called us directly to update us. Replied to all our emails within 24hrs and went above and beyond to the point of ensuring things went through even when she was sick (regardless of how much we told her not to worry). Her personal touch was a breath of fresh air when compared to the perceived faceless style solicitors we had experienced previously.
