Firstly, within 30 days of receipt of the deposit, the Landlord must protect the deposit within one of three government-backed schemes. Secondly, the Landlord must provide the Tenant with the required prescribed information and a scheme leaflet confirming the whereabouts of the deposit. If this process is not correctly followed the Tenant has a claim worth up to three times the value of the Deposit against the Landlord. I had Jackie Farrow and her team looking after my conveyancing, they were absolutely outstanding! There's no way I'd choose anyone else after the work they have put in on my behalf. I appointed them mid October and I'm now in my house, I might add that by the end of November they had completed everything. Also I do want to thank Demi for her hard work too as she was constantly answering my queries when Jackie was busy.

We were recommended Forster Dean by our bank when applying for our first mortgage. Excellent service was provided and we are really happy with our case handler Jackie Farrow. We were always able to get in direct contact and call backs were followed up as expected. Despite the pressures/uncertainties the current pandemic has caused, the level of service provided was great and the process completed smoothly on our end.

I have used Jacky Farrow at Forster dean solicitors for many years now, I buy and sell several properties per year and have always used Forster dean for my conveyancing. Every time it is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Communication is excellent and responses to phone calls and emails is prompt and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending them for your conveyancing.

I was recommended to use Forster Dean by 2 separate people and I am glad I did! From start to finish their help and advice was 1st class. I was assigned a conveyancer Nicola Morris who took care of everything even going above and beyond when there were issues with the lease on the new house. I was kept informed and updated at regular intervals and nothing seemed to much trouble.

I have recommended Forster Dean to several friends and colleagues and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future. If I ever move house again you will be top of the list!

I have used Jackie Farrow at Forster Dean for a number of years and can not recommend her enough. Highly professional and knowledgeable. She has been a conveyancing solicitor for a number of years within the town of Widnes and knows the area exceptionally well making buying and seller houses as smooth as possible. Keep up the good work Jackie!

I don't tend to write reviews and often you only see bad ones, however. Danielle Jameson at Forster Dean acted on my behalf for the sale of my flat. In my experience of using many conveyancing solicitors, Danielle has by far been the best. Her proactive, communicative and efficient approach is a breath of fresh air to an industry with a highly tarnished reputation. Danielle delivered a fantastic service, managed my expectations exceptionally and went above and beyond in order to achieve the milestones set whilst keeping my costs as low as possible. I will without doubt be recommending Danielle to others and using her again. Great work Danielle.
