After searching for the best driving offence solicitors came across Kang&Co and while we were skeptical as it's not cheap it is worth the money. Facing charges which meant disqualification from driving and possible prison time. the barrister we was appointed Mr Hodgins mitigated with such professionalism and care I walk away with my license still active with points I don't think any other barrister/solicitors could have done this for me. 100% worth the money I would recommend to anyone who is any trouble with driving.

I initially tried to deal with my case myself but found out it was more serious than I had thought. I contacted Kang and co who went through all the paperwork I had submitted myself and informed me I may have done myself more harm than good. At court I was represented by Mr Shoker he listened to my circumstances meticulously and represented myself better than anyone could of asked.
I had gone from a potential 6 month sentence to points and a small fine which is the lightest punishment that has been served for my charges. I will definitely not need to contact Kang and co in the future but if I did need to then I would. 10/10

I chose Kang & Co based on their excellent reviews and fixed fee transparency. There was excellent communication throughout and it seemed like we had a good action plan with a strong argument. Unfortunately they couldn't win my case but these things happen. I would still recommend them and would consider using them in the future.

I contacted Kang&Co Solicitors following 2 quite serious traffic offences (speeding 101 and 103 mph). I was facing 12 points for both offences and 6-12 months driving ban or even worse consequences. The thoughts of being unable to drive were terrifying as that meant I will lose my job, my mobility and my freedom. As a single mother and the only provider, the driving ban could have such a negative impact on my personal and work life.
Since day one I contacted Kang&Co I was satisfied with the information, communication, attention to details, legal advice, legal representation and overall services; until hearing day I had a good contact with Mr Manjinder and his team, always keeping in touch, checking on me and my circumstances and fast response to all my queries. Due to coronavirus the court hearing was scheduled on a Saturday, which was a challenge for me and my Solicitors as they don't work in weekend, but Kang&Co were so kind and decided to represent me at no extra costs which I highly appreciate.

I contacted Kang & Co regarding a minor motoring incident. I spoke directly with Mr Kang and found him to be very approachable, polite & succinct. Following our conversation, Mr Kang dissuaded me from pursuing a legal case; as such, I did not then go on to become a client. However, I respected Mr Kang's free and very pragmatic advise and I also appreciated that I was not reeled into unnecessary and costly legal engagement. Very good lawyers, charged me a reasonable fee, provided me with a meeting with one of their lawyers at their offices where I explained the background to them. They explained the law in simple terms and represented me in Court where they were able to get the result we were aiming for. A very professional and straight talking company that does what they say they will do. I would certainly recommend using this company for legal issues.

I called a few other firms before contacting Kang & Co Solicitors and the impression I got was that the other lawyers just wanted to progress my case to trial, which would have cost me several thousands in legal fees. I then called Kang & Co Solicitors and spoke with one of their lawyers on the phone, he explained everything is plain English.
He explained to me why a trial wasn't the best course of action to take in my case, due to a number of issues in my case, he provided me with honest and genuine advice which made sense. I then instructed Kang & Co to represent me at Court and I still received an excellent result without having to spend thousands of pounds on a trial. Kang & Co Solicitors explained everything to me in detail about my case, they clearly explained the options available and recommended the best course of action to take in my case. I was represented by them at Birmingham Magistrates Court and I avoided a driving ban. I would certainly recommend them to anyone facing a driving offence. They were slightly more expensive that other law firms I spoke to before deciding however, I am glad I spent the extra money and went with Kang & Co Solicitors as a driving ban would have cost me my job!

I call up Kang & Co about a motoring law matter, after a short conversation with one of the lawyers, I decided to use these guys. They provided me with honest advice about my case and within a few days I received a call from Kang & Co informing me that after writing to the Police, the Police had decided to drop my case.
