I have recently started using this firm and already having problems with them, I was told to phone back later today between 2.30 and 3 pm as I'm trying to speak to someone and everytime I try to speak to her she's never in when i call and when I've calls back today at the time I was told to call back it's saying the office is closed but Google says they are open till till 5.30. no solicitors are closed at 3pm so why have you put that message on your phone lines. just tried to be put through to put of hours even though it's not out of hours it's currently 3.29 pm and they put me in a que and then hung up on me, no one even answered. what's the point in them being paid when they don't even help you with what you need help with! dissapointed
