We are delighted that Prakash Ruparelia from Scott-Moncrieff & Associates Ltd represented us for the Housing Benefit Appeal of our adult disabled daughter. He wrote a very good appeal document and assisted and supported us throughout the appeal process which took two years. At the recent tribunal the judge ruled in our favour. Without Prakash's help it would have been very difficult for us to know which points to stress and what legal case evidence to submit.
We would have been lost. I found the Tribunal hearing nerve racking and it was a great help to have Prakash with us at the court. He was able to answer the Judge's legal questions which I could not have done. The outcome was good and the appeal was upheld. Sarah Mynard took on my case of Dental neglect against previous dentists, knowing it may throw up some difficult arguments from the defendants. We needed to use family law twice over the last few years both times we have engaged with Clare Charnley & Jenny Andrews we could not recommend these two ladies more highly. they was very responsive & professional & their knowledge was second to none. Clare even worked late in to the evening to work around our family commitments in supporting us. as previously stated we couldn't recommend more highly of these ladies nor would we go anywhere else in the future if we needed to.

I engaged Amarjit Ahluwalia to assist in submitting a visa extension (outside the normal immigration rules) for my Filipino Carer, Winstrom. Despite Covid making this issue far more complicated and hard to conduct normally with lawyer visits etc impossible, Amarjit has successfully navigated the immigration minefield and we have had the application accepted and now just awaiting Home Office decision. Amarjit has been on time throughout the various stages, been personally insistent on getting it all 100% right and submitted all documents in good time - I could not have succeeded without her. Total professional and all within agreed budget.

My family and I are greatly appreciative of the involvement of Mr Terence Channer in a negligence claim, brought by my sister, following the loss of her husband. Mr Channer afforded appropriate sensitivity and compassion to what was an emotional and challenging situation. Utterly satisfied and appreciative in regards to how scomo and T Channer stood by me throughout! Often times I'd lost hope with my claim after being given numerous legal hurdles to clear, and the case taking 6 years to get answers. Nonetheless Terence Channer displayed admirable persistence, professionalism, understanding and most important of all. patience, in relation to my case.

I highly recommend Scott-Moncrieff. I worked briefly with Prakash on my PIP appeal - Prakash was very helpful, kind and listening. He gave me a lot of advice in our initial call. Sadly, I could not use Prakash' services fully because I ended up settling with DWP shortly after lodging the appeal! Prakash was very kind and even though my contract was after cancellation period, he closed my case without any fees. Highly recommend to people struggling with PIP benefits!
