Neil represented me 2 years ago in Preston Magistrates court. I would like to say. I was very impressed with his communication and manners.and he had dignity.very proffesional.when your dealing with traffic issues you need someone who is experienced in these roles. So many lawyers are universal. Caddick Davies are not amateurs.

Daniel from the firm dealt with my girlfriends case, he was friendly and understanding. Absolutely useless pointless turned upto to crown court computer froze missed vital bits that could of helped asked for all kind of things that didn't help clueless and absolute waste of money best doing it yourself. the original person taking on the case has left then passed to someone Else then the court rep just all about damage limitation this was a driving offence not drink driving not drugs just totting up so don't get ya Hopes up

Called today for the first time for advice on a speeding offence as I have never been in this position in over 40 years driving. The advice was professional and extremely helpful and enabled me to deal with the issue They were in no way trying to make money out of the situation by telling me that I needed anything more than their telephone advice Would recommend Caddick Davies to anyone in a similar position

Avoid! I was promised by this firm to have Neil Davies the head of the firm for a substantially reduced price. This obviously got me interested as I wanted the best possible representation for my case. The day before my hearing I had an email to say someone else is attending instead (so much for that amazing deal). But they reassured me he knew my case.

The new solicitor asked me about my life story just 15 MINUTES before the hearing! I only managed to give a small amount of mitigating factors to the solicitor before being called into the hearing. He rattled off the factors which he had on his notepad but not the rest of the factors which were on my case file which I was assured he knew about! 600 down the drain and I felt like I've been robbed. Filed a complaint which they assured me I was given full representation on the day.

Best service for the best price can't thank Caddick service enough for the professional expertise and help they have brought me, Dalia Green was excellent with the help and advise she gave me I was in the final week before my hearing and they came through and representative Molly Dyas though she seemed like she was going to disappear on me at first when I never saw her come back but she came back and the advise and information she got from Dalia help me get the best positive outcome from the conviction and disqualification I would've faced and just wanna say thank you and well recommend excellent service.

A real professional service. A comprehensive knowledge of the law and its procedures which ensures that you'll receive the best representation and ultimately, the best outcome. I knew instantly that I had chosen the correct company and they didn't fail to meet my expectations! My advice is - do not leave situations involving the law to chance, always seek the advice of a professional.

Called as a super car broker who has clients in need of their services. Gave them a tester case (not a simple one) and in frustration they hung up. No.seriously.they hung up. Another one to scratch from the list. Rude and not becoming of highly competent solicitors.of which I now know several.

What can I say, just seem like a bunch of sales folk saying to us what we want to hear. None are solicitors, they use a job exchange board to give gigs to barristers and they're very abrupt and threatening when it comes to payments. Would not recommend to anyone, or anything in this case. Rude staff, I made calls to them to chase up and update them not the way things should have been.

Contacted this law firm after coming across them on google and seeing their good reviews. I put forward a speeding case and was told they could help. Sounded very promising. I was told I will get a call back once they had assesed the case to discuss options. A week later after numerous phone calls asking for Thomas whom I initially spoke to I have not had no reply or any acknowledgement to my emails.

When I did finally get through to Thomas I was not given a explanation or an apology. I questioned Thomas as to why I had not had reply to which he had no answer and said my emails must have got lost (I mean if these people cannot maintain simple communication and get back to potential clients, it makes me wonder how they would handle a case!) Since he did not know what to say to me he very rudely transferred around to another colleague in the office who in turn was very rude and failed to acknowledge they have wasted my time.

I was told I either want to use them or not! Absolutely appalled at they way I was spoken to. I would strongly suggest not using this very unprofessional firm! I never normally leave bad reviews but felt this had to be said as its just not acceptable for these law firms to treat potential paying customers in this manner.

I have just finished in court and received 6 points and a fine. I would just like to thank you for all you help in this matter and for the result. Mr Uddin did a fantastic job in the court so please pass a thank you on to him too.

After being charged for drink driving I contacted Caddick Davies Solicitors and discussed my case with Neil Davies. I was extremely pleased to have Neil dealing with my case from start to finish.
