Spot on! I instructed PSR solicitors to deal with a claim due to me being ran over and suffering multiple fractures and breaks including dislocation. I can't fault Kate, even when she transfered to another store I was informed of this and kept up to date. So happy with the outcome I instructed Kate to deal with something else, sadly I went through a lot with my ex where he was convicted of 12 years in prison this is still on going bit I can't fault them.
