Bit of a joke. You can't get through to the staff on the phones. If you press an option other than new claims you are mostly going to get told to go online. Went through any option to speak to somebody and their phone lines cut off after waiting 10 mins in a queue. Cheers

Useless thieves. Use someone else, they don't give a toss about you, they just want to rip your eyes out and make as much as they can out of you whilst doing the bare minimum. Take your time to find a more competent solicitor.

I would never recommend this company to anyone as you can see in the reviews I had to practically chase them to deal with my claim slow at reply's emails medical everything.

First of all do your homework if thinking about using this company. They are an 'alternative business structure'.which means they can legally employ non legal employees. Ignore the feefo reviews as Bott and co decide who to send the review let now to. ( You can apply to feefo directly but they need proof that you used them). We contacted Bott and co regarding a sensitive PI claim and made it clear we were speaking to others solicitors and requested their fee structure.

No structure was presented and they kept calling us. They then wrote to the company we were potentially going to sue asking for details and stating that they were acting on our behalf. Which was not the case. I'm just giving anyone thinking of using Bott and Co a heads up. We are waiting to hear back regarding our complaint before taking this to the ombudsman and solicitors regulation authority with a breach of conduct. Please note that the Law Society is a solicitors union.not an organisation that regulates them.quite the opposite.

The claim was successful. It took took a while but I was updated with the progress and if I needed anything explaining they would help me. I was kept informed through. I would like to thank them for the work they did.

The getting you on board that's the only time they are good and helpful, months of chasing up details with them, getting sent to physio ages away paying tunnel fees and petrol, asking to be changed for one 2 sessions - then being offered 300 ! Only got told at settlement i could of asked them for travel/tunnel fees at the time but 'now its settlement nothing we can do'.

Staff don't really seem to be bothered, can't be arsed attitude and lethargic. Defiantly wouldn't ever use again and wouldn't ever recommend to anyone. What a waste of miles, petrol, time, money, work! Just to get a farting 300, choose your solicitor wisely or do it yourself!

Bott and Co did a flight compensation claim for me. They got me the money in the end but they only wanted to chase the easy parts of my claim. Also, their communication was poor, many a times I felt ignored.

Used Bott & Co after a road accident which was not my fault (rear ended at a roundabout). The company has been excellent. They helped me get physio and handled the claim professionally. I was kept informed throughout. The settlement was probably 25-40% better than I would have received without them acting on my behalf, even after their fees. Would recommend to others if you've had a road accident which wasn't your fault

Bott and co have been fantastic, after filling in a few forms they took on my case and kept me informed all the way. EasyJet tried to wiggle out of their liabilities but Bott and co would not give up. It took about 16 months in total because of EasyJets denial but finally the case has been resolved and they managed to get me £400 after their fees. Whilst the fees may seem a little high they do all of the work for you.

Yes you can do it your self but Bott and co take all the stress out of the process and let’s you get on with your life whilst they work on your behalf. All considered I would call it value for money considering I have not had to stress and worry for months. Thanks Bott and co for looking after the consumer when the big boys try to bully their customers. To EasyJet, I bet you now wished you had just given me the £62 refund!

I had contacted Thomson Airways twice regarding a 7-hour flight delay to Turkey but they had dismissed my claim. Reluctant to pursue further myself, I contacted Bott&Co. Delighted that Thomson accepted liability and compensation was received within 4 months. I was initially worried by the Bott terms and conditions, but was reassured by them that it was strictly no win, no fee. Process very simple and kept well-informed throughout.

Bott & Co has done a great job for my six fellow passengers and me. We were delayed by 22 hours from Glasgow to Sanford in July 2009 and, because of Thomas Cook dragging its heels and refusing to answer my mail, we were close to the six-year time limit when I contacted Bott in July 2015. They took on the case and moved things on very quickly, resulting in a successful outcome on 26 August. They were very professional throughout the process and I would highly recommend them. The service i received from Bott & Co was second to none. The first time i used them following a motor incident, when a car crashed into the rear of my vehicle, was a painless and pleasant experience in terms of dealing with the claim.
