Bit of a joke. You can't get through to the staff on the phones. If you press an option other than new claims you are mostly going to get told to go online. Went through any option to speak to somebody and their phone lines cut off after waiting 10 mins in a queue. Cheers

Useless thieves. Use someone else, they don't give a toss about you, they just want to rip your eyes out and make as much as they can out of you whilst doing the bare minimum. Take your time to find a more competent solicitor.

I would never recommend this company to anyone as you can see in the reviews I had to practically chase them to deal with my claim slow at reply's emails medical everything.

First of all do your homework if thinking about using this company. They are an 'alternative business structure'.which means they can legally employ non legal employees. Ignore the feefo reviews as Bott and co decide who to send the review let now to. ( You can apply to feefo directly but they need proof that you used them). We contacted Bott and co regarding a sensitive PI claim and made it clear we were speaking to others solicitors and requested their fee structure.

No structure was presented and they kept calling us. They then wrote to the company we were potentially going to sue asking for details and stating that they were acting on our behalf. Which was not the case. I'm just giving anyone thinking of using Bott and Co a heads up. We are waiting to hear back regarding our complaint before taking this to the ombudsman and solicitors regulation authority with a breach of conduct. Please note that the Law Society is a solicitors union.not an organisation that regulates them.quite the opposite.

The claim was successful. It took took a while but I was updated with the progress and if I needed anything explaining they would help me. I was kept informed through. I would like to thank them for the work they did.

The getting you on board that's the only time they are good and helpful, months of chasing up details with them, getting sent to physio ages away paying tunnel fees and petrol, asking to be changed for one 2 sessions - then being offered 300 ! Only got told at settlement i could of asked them for travel/tunnel fees at the time but 'now its settlement nothing we can do'.

Staff don't really seem to be bothered, can't be arsed attitude and lethargic. Defiantly wouldn't ever use again and wouldn't ever recommend to anyone. What a waste of miles, petrol, time, money, work! Just to get a farting 300, choose your solicitor wisely or do it yourself!

Bott and Co did a flight compensation claim for me. They got me the money in the end but they only wanted to chase the easy parts of my claim. Also, their communication was poor, many a times I felt ignored.

Used Bott & Co after a road accident which was not my fault (rear ended at a roundabout). The company has been excellent. They helped me get physio and handled the claim professionally. I was kept informed throughout. The settlement was probably 25-40% better than I would have received without them acting on my behalf, even after their fees. Would recommend to others if you've had a road accident which wasn't your fault

I am very pleased with the efficient and unobtrusive service provided by Bott and Co, who were able to successfully claim compensation for a flight delay when I had previously tried to do so unsuccessfully. In my view, I would rather Bott and Co took a fee from the compensation earned than the airline get away with not paying.

My wife and I did not appreciate that we still may be entitled to flight delay compensation until we saw The Martin Lewis Show.We contacted Bott & Co and they were able to take on our claim.We have now just been rewarded with a very nice Christmas bonus.Many thanks to all who dealt with our claim.

my husband and I have been waiting for compensation from small planet since LAST September 2016 so that is 16 months wait so we contacted BOTT & CO AND WITHIN a few months we are to be having our money paid into our bank 10 out 10 for a great result will get in touch with them if need be thank you mrs richards

Fantastic service, I filled in one short easy form to send them my claim and they did the whole thing without any further input on my part. Kept in touch with updates via email throughout about 1 email a fortnight updating what was happening which was perfect I didn't have to chase for updates or reply to any of their emails as they didn't need anything from me - my friend tried to claim for the same flight herself the airline just turned her down illegally as they always do but Bott and Co got me my compensation after threatening the airline with court so I can't recommend them enough! Great work guys!

Bott & Co were really efficient. It was a simple process and they achieved what I couldn't by contacting the airline direct... to get a refund. I could not recommend them more because they take away all the angst and stress of trying to get back what you are entitled to. Much appreciated and thank you.

Although sceptical of the promises at the beginning I soon became convinced that this would be the only way to get a refund as the airline in question Small Planet was based somewhere in Eastern Europe and didn’t respond properly to our legitimate claims. It’s like the Wild West out there and Bott & Co handled the whole process efficiently and in a structured way. We are about to receive over £400 refund for two tickets on a flight which was delayed over 9hours so well worth doing. Thanks again.

What a great service - three emails to the airline got me nowhere but just one letter from Bott & Co had them change their tune. Money in my bank account within 14 days of the airline changing their mind. Although the service is designed to be used online, I had to ring the office for a small clarification and found the staff efficient and pleasant to deal with. I recommend Bott & Co without hesitation to anyone making an EU261 claim against an airline.

Bott & Co. made claiming for flight compensation very easy. I was fobbed off by the airline so decided to use these specialists and with very little input from me I will now be receiving compensation for my flight delay. I was kept up to date with progress. This is the second time we've used Bott & Co and each time they have been extremely professional, quick to respond, kept us up-to date and were successful in recovering compensation for us. Without them the airlines would have simply ignored us. Sincere thanks (again). Of course we'd much rather never to have to us any compensation scheme as the airlines would deliver to their commitments but when they don't it's good to know that they simply can't just get away with providing a sub-standard service. Very pleased with Bott & Co, who were recommended by Martyn Lewis from Money supermarket. My wife and I have been trying to get compensation for nearly 6 years without success until now and we knew our time limit had nearly expired, but as previous customers have said we should not have to fight this hard to be continually fobbed off by these airlines.
