We offer a fixed fee appointment to discuss your matter and we are able to see you out of office hours if required so that you do not have to take time off work.We have free parking immediately outside our office, which is situated just outside the town centre, so you can avoid the busy town centre traffic and parking charges. Ruth Taylor has worked in the area of family law since approximately 1985, initially as a secretary to a family law Solicitor then qualifying as a Legal Executive and then qualifying as a Solicitor in in 1997. Ruth has worked exclusively in the area of family law and therefore has considerable experience in dealing with family law issues. At your initial appointment we will need to obtain some information from you in order that we can advise you. It would be helpful if you could bring with you to the appointment a note of any Court documents or any relevant correspondence that you may have received. We will advise you of the best way for you to proceed in order to resolve your issue.
From the outset we will give you an estimate, based on the information provided, as to the likely costs that you will incur. Our charges are calculated by the time spent in dealing with your matter which is charged at an hourly rate which will be agreed with you. Throughout your case we will keep you informed and tell you what the cost implications are.
