Very bad experience. Following a discontinued enquiry the firm breached my data rights and refused to delete my information. I don't owe them anything and I have never been their client but they blatantly disregarded the GDPR legislation and literally hijacked an entire pile of my sensitive documents. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Now the matter is with ICO. I would never trust Russell-Cooke again with a single paper. Better stay away.

I used the "more expensive" service for the purchase of my flat and decided to go with them for their notoriety and a peace of mind. 1st letter sent had a mistake on the address and the solicitor was being very moody. From there, you can probably draw a picture of the rest of the case. I would not recommend the firm to anyone as it was a stressful experience.
