It is the best law firm in Chester. They are professional, friendly and honest. We have used them 2 times when we bought our two house/flat. Satisfying in every time, no downsides. So highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, buying my first house just after a pandemic was going to be a challenging time, but Oliver and Co treated my case as if there were no challenges, making my first experience a rather stress free one. I used Oliver & Co for both the purchase and sale of properties in the last 18 months and highly recommend them. They offer very competitive pricing compared to solicitors I have used in London previously. The service is responsive and smooth despite them having to work under COVID conditions. I especially recommend Jenna Fraser who helped me with a property sale and had to put up with the buyer changing solicitor four times during the process. Each time she was very patient and responded to all my queries very quickly. I am very satisfied with their service and will use them again.

Found it impossible to contact the solicitor dealing with our case. Had to work extremely hard in order to make any progress with the conveyance process. The only way we found we could speak to someone was to call the office as a new enquiry and then the lovely lady in reception would go to work and try to get a solicitor to talk to us. It might be easier if buying personally but if your buying from a Ltd company I don't think they have the experience necessary to delivery a speedy and concise service.
