This company has acted on my behalf on a number of occasions throughout many years, I have always had a very good experience with them and have always reached the outcome that I needed. Received an email from this firm - Janette Johnson, asking why I had not responded to a letter sent to me. They attached the letter to the email. The letter was addressed to my name, someone else's address on the other side of the country and with someone else's case name. I complained to the firm and they just ignored me. Unprofessional.
