Our purchasers used this firm to do the conveyancing to purchase our house. Complete and utter timewasters. The case handler (Ms Cynthia Shipman) insisted an indemnity in relation to the property borders was not sufficient and we either needed to provide the original plans for the property or submit a new plan to the Land Registry. We managed to locate the original plans to which we were then told that STILL wasn't good enough and we would need to submit new plans to the Land Registry.

After trying unsuccessfully and at additional cost to get hold of forms dating back to 2011, we advised we were unable to submit the new plan to the Land Registry.so they accepted the indemnity that we offered in the first place! This whole process wasted 7 weeks of time at a personal cost of over 1,000 for absolutely nothing. Case handler also refused to pick up the phone or respond to e-mails from our solicitors and would only deal with things by FAX!? If you want conveyancing, don't go here.

The service offered by the whole legal team including front of house staff was always courteous, professional and prompt. Bernard is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Probate is often an emotionally difficult task but the staff were always efficient and kind which was really helpful. The fees seem very reasonable and I would definitely happily use them again.
