One thing to improve on would be contact details, as I found postal communication is often accepted and responded to but I have difficulties in contacting staff through the telephone Helpdesk. This usually goes to the reception desk but sometimes the staff have been unable to direct me/find right details of who I want to speak to. On the contrary, this doesn't lead me away from leading a 5* review and I'd like to thank you for your great service.
