Buying a house was made effortless by the help of my legal work being completed by Tim and Lauren! They were quick, efficient and helpful, answering any questions I had! Cannot recommend enough, thank you!

We were recommended Linder Myers by Money Supermarket to help us purchase a house. The direct line to our case handler that was given to us was the number of a fax machine not a telephone number. I then found out that our case handler had already left the business. Whenever I try to get through to someone I get bounced between offices and when I try to get through to the Chester Office which apparently is the only office that can deal with my case, nobody in the whole office is available. Needless to say I will look elsewhere

Critical: Professionalism Cold called my Mother in Law on the basis of 'reviewing her will' on the basis this has to be done every two years. A further call to try and get her to sign up to power of attorney to protect her whilst she is still alive and the cost would be in the region of 500. Disgraceful behavior from a 'Solicitor'

Leaving this reference based solely on the behaviour of one staff member alone, Farooq Majid. This man is aggressive and abusive towards women and enjoys it too. Absolutely unacceptable. Levels of rudeness more shocking than I have seen in nearly 20 years working in customer service myself. No one has ever spoken to me in the way that Farooq did except my violent ex partner. What does that say about the company?

Absolutely super call from Chelsey Bayliss at the Chester office. It was a free consultation regarding a matrimonial house/divorce settlement and it felt more like a paid appointment due to the amount of information Chelsey gave us. Really friendly and informative and completely realistic advice. From this call I will definitely be using Chelsey.

21 April this year I sent inquiry to Linder Myers Solicitors and.they blocked my email of Wirtual Poland. I tought that it happen by a mistake and I sent my inquiry again using gmail. To this time I did not get answer. I think, if someone have problem with the Polish or other natianalities should write it clear on main website: "ONLY FOR THE BRITISH!".and eveyrting will be clear.

Worst solicitors I have ever had to deal with! Rude and really not helpful! Make you feel like you shouldn't be ringing to find out what is happening even if they haven't been in contact for 3 years. Everything is extremely prolonged hence why they have been dealing with my family affairs now for 19 years, going onto 20! and still no closer to knowing when it comes to an end.

They have taken a substantial amount of money over the years we have been with them, with no proper understanding as of why? Really unprofessional in most aspects and not at all Do you feel they are there for you as they should be, You can't help but feel There only Interested in what benefits themselves. I am utterly disgusted in this solicitors and would recommend anyone and everyone to stay clear of them! You will feel nothing but anger and upset when dealing with this firm.

I have used Linder Myers Solicitors for the sale of my Manchester apartment, the purchase of my current flat in Thornton Cleveleys, my Will - and setting up a Power of Attorney. In all the transactions I have found the Staff to be totally professional, helpful - and extremely friendly to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. Having dealt with Solicitors previously in London over the years, I have not come across a better firm. I highly commend them!

After a recent bereavement in the family, it was realised the Last Will & Testament was held at the solicitors. The Will was done in the 80s and the Solicitor was long gone, taken over by another firm and then another. Three weeks ago, I contacted Linder Myers via their website in vain hope that they may be able to find the Will. Bearing in mind this is lockdown, I wasn't expecting a quick response.

Within a couple of hours I'd exchanged emails and a phone call with a young lady named Kate Boden who has proved to be very professional, efficient and very pleasant. We received the Will yesterday. Many thanks to Kate and Lynder Myers for your help. Richard
