I am so happy with the service I received from Claire and the conveyancing assistant Tanya. After the first purchase fell through, I asked them to act again on my behalf for a second purchase. They were quick to respond, friendly and all correspondence was really clear. Our buyers used this firm for their conveyancing and they were incredibly difficult to deal with for both sides of the chain. After having months to raise enquiries, they did so without a few days of planned exchange date and sale nearly fell through for the whole chain becuase they didn't work in a professional way. They assumed that everyone else would respond quickly when they had not been dealing with the file in a timly manner and they created a huge amount of unncessary stress for everyone else in the chain.

If your transaction is time sensitive or if you don't want to cause issues for the rest of your chain, they're not a wise choice. Response to business owner reply below: thanks for getting back to me. I was a seller in late 2018 and the buyers used you for the conveyancing. I have the letters with enquiries being raised a few days before the planned exchange over issues that were not arising from a late survey.

The enquiries were all over issues that could have come from viewings or the sellers information questionaire that was completed over a month before and were unlikely to come from the survey. It seemed to come from a late check on the file which could have happened far sooner.

I recently used Ryan Property Law to sell my house and I couldn't be more impressed. I have recently completed the sale of my property with Ryan Property Law. Kathryn Maltby was dealing with a solicitor for my buyer who constantly delayed the sale. Exchange and completion were put back by the buyer's solicitor six times, creating more work for Kathryn. She and her secretary, Sarah, let me know what was happening throughout and were very friendly and efficient.

On the one occasion a problem was dealt with by Lynda Ryan in Kathryn's absence she immediately rang the buyer's solicitor, sorted things out and rang me back within 20 minutes to let me know the outcome. I feel the price I paid for all the work involved was very reasonable and I highly recommend Ryan Property Law.

My emails were replied to promptly, which was very helpful, particularly when it looked at one point as though the chain might collapse and the sale fall through!

We can't thank the team at Ryan's enough. We had a rather pedantic buyer, who drew the process out much longer than needed and Lynda was fantastic, and extremely fast to respond to emails, and get us any info required within 24 hours.
