I can not recommend Amara and the UK Migration Lawyers highly enough. Amara made the whole British citizenship application process simple and stress-free, and she was always there to answer instantly any questions I had. Thank you so much for everything, Amara.

Had a rocky start with this firm, but ever since Mariah Nawaz stepped in to handle our case, I'd give 5 stars just based on her professionalism so far. She's been very quick to respond to all our queries (which btw is very rare to find with lawyers there). Thoroughly studied our case and helped us all the way through with our application.

Absolutely awful experience, due to time constraints I signed upto use them for a Visa which 48business hours later we realised we did not need. When I spoke with the lady on the phone she informed my of the 14day cooling off period. Once we realised we did not need the service we contacted them asking for the money to be refunded. A slow response was had and I was told they would contact the "finance team" Around a week later (2.5weeks since I had parted with the money) I had a response to say they would only do a partial refund and were going to charge me around 1.5K for a copy and pasted email as I had signed their contract where they had buried in there fees that state that once a welcome letter (we only recieved an email) was sent they would not honour a full refund.

This email was sent around 5minutes after I parted with the money. I still have not received the partial refund and it has now been over 2 months. I also requested a formal complaints procedure which apparently only the manager has "Ross" he then took 3 weeks to send over a complaints procedure! In this time I had got fed up of chasing and have contacted my credit card company to get the money back.

Since then they have sent an email saying how "disappointed they are and that they will fight it. Funny how they manage to follow up very quickly when it comes to their finances but with mine they gave no cares. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Truly all of the team members at UK MIGRATION LAWYERS deserve 10 stars, they're really amazing and so incredible, very confident, and blew all my anxiety. I must say they are not offering you the thing they can't do. Very professional and friendly. Once you have data you could always talk to anyone amazing you won't waste your time. They help us sort with my family visitor visas and so on following updates to guide us now for extending process. Couldn't be happier Excellent!

As a young woman, the system often makes it confusing; however, working with Sunil (the solicitor I was appointed) put me at ease. First of all, I get my visa. That is only good thing with this firm. The experience is painful with them. The first lawyer Abdul is a disaster, never answer the phone, never reply the email, and the most ridiculous thing is he gives wrong suggestion, and even more, he said nothing and quit, left my case no one taken and short deadline.second solicitor come to pickup the mess, give right suggestion and file list which is fine, at that moment, I think maybe just that Abdul is not professional in the firm.

And things drive me crazy at last, the cover letter they write is full of mistakes.even the name is wrong.clearly, they just use the same template to write it and not change the essential information.and the solicitor ask me to tell him where needs to be corrected. Seriously? I check the legal words one by one.and do the corretion whole day.it make me feel like i should apply for the job maybe.

I can write a proper one.anyway, we submit on the same day as the deadline.really risky.and pass. Although result is good, but process is really painful, I burst into tears so many times with them.

Thanks to the hard work for Abdul and UK Migration Lawyers my fiance was granted his fiancee visa after our first applications and we are over the moon. Abdul was very well informed, gave us honest advice and kindly dealt with our anxieties and questions.
