Andrea from Battrick Clark acted for my brother and myself in the sale of a property. She kept us well informed during the whole process, and when there were some minor issues with the freeholder, dealt with them with adroitly. I've no hesitation in thoroughly recommending her and the services of the company, and would definitely use them again.

Just completed on a sale/purchase with Battrick Clark - their service is fantastic. Summer Brown handled our conveyancing, and she was quick to reply to emails, had detailed knowledge of the housing market and constantly chased other solicitors and mortgage companies that were slowing the process down. I'd definitely recommend her services and those of Battrick Clark (we had other legal paperwork that was sorted by them) and will look to use them again in the future when we sell.

I found that my dealings with BC were timely, concise, thorough, &friendly while acting as an executor of a will of a family friend. The solicitors involved were available & responsive in communicating the intricacies of the process. There were a few bumps in the road as one might expect but I felt confident that we were moving steadily forward in response to every query or unexpected event. I consider that their fees were reasonable and the billing was clear and sent out at regular intervals for approval. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team.

I don't normally review legal services because in our experience they have been average to awful but Andrea at Battrick Clark has been a star through what was quite a bumpy sale. She has been continually upbeat and encouraging and most of all, she has been there whenever we needed to speak to her. We will be using her again in future, and I have never said that about any other conveyancing solicitor ever before.

As a buyer, my experience so far can be summarised as "the Home Office is the epitome of customer support by comparison" Absolute lack of commitment to dates or milestones. Repeatedly missed target dates. Slow to process any step with often repeated requests on the same subject. Unfortunately I have not taken my property yet or exchanged contracts.

As a cash buyer without chain I cannot begin to imagine how much worse it would be in a difficult case. This is resulting in additional unnecessary costs to myself. I selected this company based on the good reviews, hopefully this will help others avoid that mistake.

The conveyancing of our rental property has gone smoothly. We have been very happy with Andrea who has been efficient and pleasant to deal with. We will be hoping she is still available when we sell our own home in the future.

Despite the mad housing market due to the stamp holiday duty, Amy and her team were impressive to say the least.
