Nicky and her team took care of both our sale and our numerous attempts at a purchase - I say numerous because she had to go through the process 3 times, once getting very close to exchange before it all collapsed and we had to start again. At each step, she kept me informed and was always ready to answer any questions I had (And I had a lot of them).

When solicitors on the other side got a bit funny, I really felt like she had our back and was working in our best interest - she was pushing back on silly demands but ready to seek compromises on our behalf too - she would check with other departments to ensure everything was done in the most protective way for us. When she called to tell us we had finally exchanged on attempt #3 - she sounded almost as pleased about it as I was - which, in my view, says a lot about her as an individual and the care she puts into working for her clients. A definite 5 star for the firm - they are real professionals - and a 5 star with honours for Nicky!
