Finance and child applications will be excluded from any fixed fee and charged on a time basis. In all cases, there is a court fee for the application of £593.

We generally charge on a time basis but in limited circumstances may be willing to consider a ‘no win no fee’ arrangement depending on the merits of the individual case.
Settlement agreements usually include a cost contribution from the employer which covers a significant part or all the costs of signing off the agreement.
