Absolutely outstanding service from Louisa Baker at Mercers who did the commercial conveyancing for me on a building I purchased for my business HQ. Louisa went above and beyond to get the deal done in record timing working outside of office hours, very thorough and efficient with all communication, would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Louisa is also dealing with the surrender of 3 leased offices, again completely faultless service. Amazing experience, Thank you Louisa!

Nine years after my mother died the estate has still not been distributed owing to the way the will was drawn up. The beneficiaries are the last to benefit. Heavy handed, biassed, pompous and expensive, .I would recommend you have nothing to do with them. My mother was bullied into signing various versions of her will that ended up costing the family a fortune in legal fees, more than the taxes they claimed they were saving her from paying. As a supposed beneficiary I would much rather the government have the money than pay it to these people. They have the life of my family into a nightmare.

I have used Mercers conveyancing services on three occasions and I have been very pleased with their work. My most recent case was the sale of my flat, which was very professionally handled by David Jordan. I was kept updated throughout the process and felt very well advised. Best avoided, engaged for conveyancing, they were expensive and as such one assumed this would be justified by a swift professional service, wrong! Slow, pedantic, unhelpful and more interested in trying to 'up sell' other services as oppose to complete the one they were being paid for! All in a horrid experience that only served to add more stress to the already stressful home buying experience. There are solicitors under every rock in Berkshire, limited on choice you are not, as such I would not recommend using 'Mercers Law' in Henley on Thames.
