I'd highly advise against using this solicitors. The service is slow, incompetent and calls are never returned. It was truly painful for myself and others in my family having to deal with them to close my Dad's estate. Toby took barely any responsibility as the executor and contact from us to them was regularly ignored. Extremely disappointing.

I purchased a property several years ago with H & Co and found out a year later that the property had not been signed off by the local authority. I was living in a property that did not conform to the building standards. I would have thought that a solicitor would have spotted this during the convensing?

I highly recommend Martin Stevens, he dealt with my Personal injuries claim extremely fairly and efficiently. My claim was fairly complicated, he took my claim over from an online Solicitors. My advice is to choose a Solicitor, you can meet face to face. I felt totally supported in the whole process.

This company, are happy to obtain your undertaking, even though you have been strung along, misled for 6 months by property agent of their client. This is a prime, example of what is wrong within our society, companies who have no morals and ethics. Thus lacking remorse understanding of the following: False representation; Untrue or misleading; Dishonestly; Gain or loss; Failure. a money transfer by deception. The above information can be found under the "Fraud Act 2006." It is in the public's, best interest to post this review, as what stops this happening again?
