I had Thomas Reall deal with my accident claim for me through Bikesure. I was on my motorbike going round a roundabout when a lorry pulled out and went into the side of me. The accident claim was put forward and quickly explained to me. I have never been in an accident claim before so didn't understand the first thing about what happens. Thomas quite literally did everything for me and explained everything step by step.
It was obviously a difficult experience for myself having been put on medication for anxiety/depression due to the accident and dealing with my wife having to support me a lot more than normal. It was good that I didnt have to chase Thomas dealing with the claim. He just did what he had to do when he could do it. I occasionally emailed asking for updates but due to the nature of claims you do have to rely on other insurance party's to do parts also which can take time.
As this was explained clearly I understood why certain parts took longer. I had a time line for each step of the claim and felt like it was done well. Luckily we got an offer from the liable party which I agreed too and ended the claim. I spoke to Thomas on the phone a few times throughout the claim and it was nice to have a genuine professional helping you.
I honestly felt that he had my best interests at heart which I believe is rare these days! It was nice to know that Thomas was dealing with everything and you didn't have to worry about it. Overall very happy. I will be staying with the same insurance yet hope nothing happens to me in the future! Thanks for your help!

I have recently concluded an insurance claim handled on my behalf by Georgia Grimshaw, one of the claim handlers at Minster Law. Throughout the claim process Georgia has been polite, courteous and helpful. Could not have wished for a more understanding person. All my medical meetings were arranged for me, a course of physio was made available to me at my doctor's surgery(private health care) for which I was not liable. Georgia has been a pleasure to work with during my claim and we reached a final conclusion with which I am very happy with, Georgia was willing to try for more money but I felt that the offer made was satisfactory, well in all honesty I wanted the money to buy another bike. No fool like and old fool. A great big thanks to Minster Law but really it is a great big thank you for your help Georgia.

I had my accident in November 2020, still feels like I'm no further in my case now. The case went to magistrates court and the opposition was found guilty and at fault, full liability was accepted in 2021, I've been waiting 6 months for a medical check, which is like 2 hours away; not sure why specifically that one had to be chosen, (they would never explain that) I've been through 2 handlers and both of them sound like they've just got out of bed and couldn't care less.
I've had to hassle and chase them for updates constantly. I've given up now, since I stopped contacting him, he hadn't contacted me in 3 months. When he did finally contact me, it was asking for information I'd already given to the previous handler. I did receive an interim payment that I had requested, basically for the cost of my bike as it was written off.
This was great news that the other party accepted this, I then asked how long it would be to receive it, the solicitor said 3-5 working days, well that's fine. A week and a half go by, I call them up and ask where it is? They said oh we haven't received it from the other insurer yet, but once we do it'll be 3-5 working days. I call up 2 days later and speak to someone else and they said that they had the money the next day, and because it was being sent via bank transfer I could receive it same day, apologised and I got the money that same day.
The solicitor never remembers my case even though it's a pretty unique one, always asks for all my details, then stays silent for a second, then says oh yeah how can I help? Which to then I reply usually, you emailed me and asked me to call you? Useless company, but I'm in a bit deep at this point, so can't switch unfortunately, I'd try and find a different firm.

Amazing! We had moments of struggle with minster law but I can't put it any lower than a 4 star because the second we got assigned Alex McBride as our solicitor he worked extremely hard and did such a great job at pushing our claim forward and to a successful end! We had one solicitor go on holiday without telling us and then he left and some other guy who I can't even remember but I cannot recommend Alex enough he is by far the most professional and helpful guy I met during our claim.

In October 2021 my wife and I were involved in a non-fault RTA when a car pulled a U-turn across our path, knocking us off our motorcycle. Minster Law were engaged by my Motor Legal Protection insurers, and Matthew Wild quickly made contact to explain the scope of engagement and the process he would follow in securing recovery of my uninsured losses and compensation for personal injuries sustained.
In the ensuing weeks Matthew was both proactive and professional, maintaining contact to keep me informed of developments and providing valuable advice. He was instrumental in quickly securing what proved to be a pivotal witness statement within a day that my motor insurer had failed to secure in almost a month, yet was also patient when my GAP insurers took their own sweet time in settling elements of my claim that would have otherwise formed uninsured losses.
My claim has now been brought to a satisfactory conclusion and I think it's fair to say that without Matthew's involvement it would probably still be dragging on and, potentially, liability could still be disputed. It was a pleasure to deal with Matthew and I have no hesitation in recommending him and Minster Law.

My claim has been going on for over 12 months now and I feel no closer to completion, with an ever mounting fee for the "work" that has been done so far on my behalf. I have had very little communication with the company, when I have spoken to someone it's because I have had a spare hour to sit on hold, to eventually get through to someone who doesn't really know what is happening in my case. I'm currently sat on hold now and have been for 40 minutes. If anyone would like to pick up.

After a very traumatic car accident which was a hit and run I thought I wouldn't get any justice or money I had to pay out, back. Minster law was brilliant not only professionally but also caring. I had a wonderful lady Bethany Harris from start to finish (which was lovely having to talk to serval people can become overwhelming so having that one person makes you feel relaxed) regularly keeping me updated with my case, friendly and so much care with phone conversations when having to relive my accident so she could get the best outcome for me. Well what can I say, I had the pleasure of Tom Streamer ‘fighting my case’ and I am blown away by how personal, helpful and involved I feel he has been to the case! From start to finish I have been informed of every step and have been told what to expect. I also have had phone calls and emails with Sean Gallagher which was just as professional and pleasant!
I moved my case to Minster Law after a bad experience with a firm that was all about them and expected the same everywhere but I feel like these guys have really gone above and beyond and got the best FOR ME out of all this. After less than a month dealing with this company there communication skills are poor they release data details without first contacting the client, they fail to get authority correctly from client and are unhelpful on the phone. You never speak to the same person twice and they give you the impression that you are a number not a human being, Phone calls never stop and they pester you for updates even when you have given them to a member of their staff over the phone. They want medicals and more but not getting to grips with the actual problem. I hope I never have to use them again. Very Poor.

I had an accident 05/09 and after 4 hole hell years nightmare from Minster Law Solicitors.witch they could NOT be to bothered to fight 4 my case, they also lie. I, m very disgusted from this firm and they should not be aloud to serve to public.and the results are very very POOR. I wish no 1 else goes thgrouh what i went from this firm.
