Established in 2002, Olephant is the brainchild of founding partner Jan Mugerwa. Our fees are based on the time we spend dealing with your matters. Time spent on your affairs will include meetings with you and others; any time spent travelling; considering, preparing and working on papers; correspondence; and making and receiving telephone calls. We will also charge for all disbursements incurred including (but not limited to) counsel's and expert's fees and court and tribunal fees. We will provide you with an estimate of our fees and expenses at the outset of your matter and as the matter progresses.
