Not only was Sidraa friendly and helpful, she was able to answer any queries that we had, as well as providing regular updates on our purchase. Leasa. Leasa. Leasa. We used Leasa for our conveyancing. I have never purchased a home before and we called around for many quotes. They were all around the same price and so we went for the ones we liked the reviews on which was Winston Solicitors. My husband and I were appointed Leasa and she exceeded our expectations(based of reviews). Leasa is excellent! fast at replying to email and explains everything in detail so we are able to fully understand the process.

When speaking on the phone, Leasa is super enthusiastic and makes buying your first home even more exciting. We didn't feel as stressed as we thought we would be and that is down to Leasa. Leasas enthusiasm is exactly what you want when buying a home and she doesn't make you feel like you are just a client. Nothing is too much for her. Leasas assistant Julie was also lovely when speaking to her.

Would I reccomend Winston Solicitors? YES I WOULD! Would i reccomend Leasa Foster? ABSOLUTELY 1000%. Winston Solicitors use an online platform so you can track the stages you are at, which was great and reassuring. Especially when you see the % going up and up to almost 100% thats when it becomes very real. Bit of advice. If you do end up going with Leasa and feel anxious about anything, give call her! she will soon put your mind to rest with her bubbly personality, her level of knowledge and her very understandable explanations. I hope this review helps someone. My experience has only been with Leasa and her assistants, however I am sure they are all fantastic.

Very impressed with Winston solicitors, we started the sale during lockdown and initially paused things due to the lockdown but started up again when lockdown was eased. Having used several solicitors for conveyancing I did a lot of research and spoke to Sidraa before I chose her. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Sidraa was excellent throughout the process.

She kept us informed regularly, and would continually update us on the process (which was refreshing as with our previous house purchase we had to keep chasing the conveyancer). Even though all our responses came back much later then we all hoped (due to the managing company taking a while to reply) Sidraa managed to stick to our original completion date.

Whilst not the cheapest, when searching for quotes for conveyancing, Leasa gave the best impression of being on the ball, confident and knowledgeable and she proved to be just that. It was a slow process getting started on our purchase but as things picked up pace she was proactive, quick to react to updates, and got things moving quickly to meet what proved to be a big rush to complete at the end. Everything was in place when we needed it to be, she was professional and got the job done.
