RMNJ ACCIDENT SOLICITORS

I recently used RMNJ for the sale of my existing property and onward purchase. Like some of the other reviews, they were very disappointing. The service was slow, the communication very poor and a real lack of urgency. It got to the stage where both sides of the chain were waiting for RMNJ and these delays meant that both sides were close to pulling out of the sale and purchase of properties. I would avoid them at all costs.

Can't recommend this company enough. They made this process so much easier. Even when the seller threw in a chain at the end, they handled it brilliantly.

My buyers were recommended this firm by their mortgage broker and as per other reviews it has been a truly slow and painful process. They have to be chased constantly. If you want your house move to take twice as long as it ought to then this is the perfect firm for you - they manage to make one of life's most stressful events even more so. Best to use a recommended proper local Solicitors, where you've a chance they might care about you and your transaction!

Would not recommend. They lost paperwork for 3 weeks, delaying us buying a house, which almost resulted in the seller pulling out of the sale. RMNJ said it was a cyber attack that caused this. No apology from them. Terrible service.

Awful service. Terrible communication except when you persisted in calling for an update. Delayed process by weeks. Dont bother complaining at the terrible service either, it'll get you nowhere unless you persist with complaint all the way to the legal ombudsman.

Critical: Responsiveness I'd strongly urge anyone not to use this company. They are incredibly slow to respond, unhelpful and I wasn't impressed with their work at all. They would ignore you for weeks and weeks at a time and then give a one line reply. We would never use them again

I had previously had a non melostation order with RMNJ solicitors so thought they would be able to provide me and my daughter with another when my ex partner moved, three roads away from us. Sadly we where told that they could not give us one as he hadn't hit me this time, only stalked us. So they would send out a warning letter to him. I've been waiting about 5 months for this letter now!

We have been living in fear with this "man" who lives just around the corner. Then to top it off he broke the law and went to a different department in their solicitors and they tried to say I had a conflict of interest even through I have been a client with them first. Shocking! I'm still waiting for the letter to be sent out and now the solicitor is on holiday until Tuesday. You should be ashamed of yourselves leaving a woman and child in fear of a man like this. I will never ever use this solicitors again!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I bought a property from a vendor who used these solicitors. They were extremely slow and indeed often didn't answer calls or emails. Maybe they were cheap but they weren't cheerful and they definitely weren't professional.

Critical: Quality Worse company ever. Do not use. No updates, nothing. Won't answer the phone.

Do not use this company. I had the misfortune of having buyers who used RMNJ for the conveyancing of a property we were selling. Throughout the process, RMNJ have not been responsive and have had to be chased through every step of the process. They have sought fault with the odd inconsequential word, while failing to send a TR1 form - a major part of the process which has now resulted in funds for the property not being released to us. They are unreliable, slow, unhelpful and have taken 10 months to process a sale. It has been an extremely painful process which I hope never to repeat.

There are better solicitors about, we had to constantly chase RMNJ to get any answers

DO NOT USE this company. We were recommended this solicitor's by our mortgage broker. There are several reasons why we would not recommend them. 1. Mistakes - they make mistakes and lack knowledge in key areas such as Leasehold and Freehold. Once our purchase had gone through (6 months later) Stephen immediately dropped us and we had to repeatedly request information about the Land Registry process.

In the end it turns out our property has been filed incorrectly with the LR which is going to cost us even more money later down the line. 2. Lack of communication - several people handled our case and they did not communicate with each other or with us. If you do use RMNJ, avoid Stephen and Nicole. Nicole "refuses to own a phone as it interferes with her productivity". Stephen released our mortgage funds too early which meant they sat in RMNJs bank account accumulating interest.

We tried asking about this and he dodged answering on multiple occasions 3. Rudeness - Stephen was extremely rude to me over the phone. Both Stephen and Nicole failed to give ONE apology throughout the whole process even after - being rude, making mistakes. 4. Unprofessional - we received no fewer than THREE different invoices from different people for what we owed RMNJ.

We had to query each of the invoices which all came to different amounts. In the end it transpired they were over charging us and their confusing and misleading system almost caused us to not notice this. Again, no apology. There are more reasons - this is just a shortlist of the main ones and we currently have a complaint open with RMNJ discussing them all in much more detail.

Dangerous driving crown court the solicitor if you can call them this Told me I would have to resist my driving test and do a extended driving test and fine I told them from day one I'm not dangerous driving so I sacked them and this case been going on since 2018 the stress and anxiety was bad my new solicitor I never seen until today only face time ect first day at crown court four weeks later after he got it dropped to careless driving got 1year ban and get me licence straight back happy days this could of stayed in the magistrates court this company does not care about you they just want money please don't use this company I beg you they are rubbish

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Didn't use these solicitors but were in a chain with them and they are absoutely useless. Please save yourself and never use these incompetent people.

Unfortunately, my experience working with RMNJ Solicitors was not a positive one. I continually had to chase for updates and before they'd even check my file, I'd be told that we had not progressed. Only once I had asked them to look further as I had information that documents had been sent, did they open my file and provide an accurate update on my process.

They had also been sent documents and did nothing with them for 4 weeks. I did not feel like a valued client and the process made buying my first property even more painful than it should have done. Next time, I'd rather pay a little more to receive a better service

I decided to go with RMNJ after a recommendation from a friend. The conveyancing team who dealt with our sale/purchase (Gareth, Stephen and Patricia) were excellent from start to finish - keeping us regularly updated and being on hand to discuss all aspects of the transaction on short notice. The whole process was dealt with at the agreed fee - which was a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Conveyancing department are superb, they pulled us out of a real hole as we are another reviewer who had been let down by a previous solicitor, always professional, on the ball and able to get a response when needed, thank you so much!

My family and I used Emma lamb and her team on the sale and purchase of our properties. From day one their hands on service was fantastic and I can’t remember one time where our phone call wasn’t taken by a person in the team who was aware of the situations. My chain came a across some difficult clutches due to previous solicitors mistakes but thanks to Emma and her team we completed in time for us to be in our new home for Christmas.
