We offer a "no strings" fixed fee consultation at a cost of 125 plus vat for a meeting that usually lasts about an hour. Your first appointment can be in person, over the telephone or via Skype. Armed with both practical and legal advice, our client's say they feel more confident tackling their relationship breakdown after a consultation with us.
We are committed to delivering a quality service. Years of experience has taught us at Townsends that litigation can be expensive and can eat into much needed capital and resources. Our aim is to maximise your financial settlement without wasting precious time and money. Our first one hour meeting with you is charged at half our usual hourly rate.

I want to say a massive thank you to Marion and the team at Townsend. If it wasn't for them my life would probably be upside down right now. They helped me through a separation and buy out proceedings on my house, they made sure everything was fair and done by the book so I could receive what I was rightfully entitled to. Marion literally puts pen to paper and doesn't blow you away with legal jargon, she's extremely professional and makes things very easy to understand which made me realise that I was in control of the my situation, whereas before I felt like I had no control.
