Over eight years ago Richard Mills established Mills & Co Solicitors in order to offer a cohesive package of services. As a Solicitor specialising in construction law and also a Chartered Surveyor, Richard is in a near unique position to optimise his clients' performance in delivering and closing-out projects. As well as drawing on his experience as a Solicitor, Richard Mills is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law. In 2010 Mills & Co evolved into a partnership between Richard Mills and Roger Button who had previously been a partner at Shadbolts LLP and Eversheds LLP.
