We've always used Wallace Robinson and Morgan for conveyancing, will writing and most recently for a claim we wished to make against an engineer. We've always felt that we're kept well informed throughout the process and everything is dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Kathryn Ferris, ably assisted by secretary Sharon, represented me in my divorce. Kathryn belongs to a select group of lawyers specialising in the 'Collaborative' approach. This is ideal if your ex-partner's lawyer is also a Collaborative specialist (which mine wasn't) but has benefits in proceeding without acrimony. Kathryn's style is not 'raging bull,' more a quiet determination.

Throughout the protracted proceedings I had regular meetings with Kathryn. I found her to be a considerate and attentive listener, a prolific note writer, always seeking clarification when necessary and then dispensing excellent advice. Subsequently I would receive an accurate reflection of the meeting by post. At our next meeting which might be weeks later, Kathryn was well prepared, well briefed, ready to go, as if picking up from the day before.

Divorce is a traumatic thing. I have no hesitation in recommending Kathryn, assisted by secretary Sharon, in helping you through it. Not the cheapest solicitor available, but a considerate and attentive advocate.
