A very frightening experience. LeO asked the SRA investigate as noone could believe what they were seeing. Years of misery that you can't put into words.

Incompetent, arrogant and rude staff. Several emails and voice messages left for Petra Harrowing regarding a simple administration number and she has not replied to any of them. Do not recommend using this company and will be reporting them to the FSA.

Used on two different occasions and both times amazing service

Made a full and final agreement on a debt in 2017. Paid as agreed, requested email only contact (in large part due to access/disability reasons). They decided that it was NOT a full and final agreement and kept contacting regularly demanding more information, often inaccessible formats, usually on the phone. Finally offered me a. final? full and final agreement which they refused to put in legal terms and insisted a very casually toned email was adequate for. Will not be at all surprised if I hear from (by phone) again the next time they decide that full and final isn't what it says.

Booked an appointment for legal advice on an employment related matter. Was very quickly seen same day and the meeting went well. I got to see James. He was very professional and ran through everything in detail to which I was pleased with the end result. Pricing is reasonable and would use again.

This company dealt with a lease issue and finally charged seven times their original quote. We paid six times the original quote and refused to pay more due to the unbelievable amount charged in comparison to the original quote. They could not prove the actual amount due to administration errors. Even due to this they took us to court for the small final amount. A terrible company and I highly advise anyone reading this to not go to this company.
