Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Used for residential conveyancing and was extremely disappointed by the service provided. Case was moved to several different people and difficult to get a hold of person dealing with my case. Paid a premium due to recommendations. Made a formal complaint twice and neither was ever acknowledged. Would not recommend

I can not fault the service provided regarding the legal matters however this companies down fall is money! all they want is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY changing the amount of funds that needed to be on account, not sending invoices and constant issues with the correct funds on my account. extremely stressful!

I won't be using their legal services again. Eight years ago I paid for them to set up a declaration of trust for my children which I was made to believe had been set up, only to find out that eight years later they failed to do this. They had no problem getting paid from me for something they didn't deliver. In recent communications I found the organisation unprofessional, patronising and don't come across as having their clients best interest at heart. I am disappointed and disgusted to receive a demand from you for 1.50 which apparently was left off our bill 11 months ago. Not only is this pathetic, but you spent 57p plus an envelope to tell me (or will i get an invoice for that as well). If I could offer some advice - It would be that it would be far more cost effective to retrain the incompetent idiot who left it off the original 'final statement'. It would certainly help better customer relations. I look forward to finding something worth 1.50 for the bailiffs.

Excellent friendly service from start to end and very very supportive. Sophia Pearce is a credit to Pictons and has been very helpful throughout the whole process.
