Road Traffic
Report
We regularly deal with all manner of driving offences: anything from causing death by dangerous driving, to driving whilst using a mobile phone.
If the offence you face is punishable with imprisonment, or there are some other special circumstances about you or the offence, and you qualify financially, then you may be able to qualify for legal aid for us to represent you at Court.
However, there are lots of road traffic matters which would not qualify for legal aid because they are not deemed serious enough. For example, speeding matters or having no insurance or driving whilst using a mobile telephone would not ordinarily attract legal aid funding. However, the effects of receiving obligatory points on your licence could be devastating for your insurance policy or, indeed, if you already have points could lead to a disqualification. Also, most driving offences can carry discretionary disqualification.

Absolutely disgusted! I can only imagine all of your money is made at the GAPS Court - god forbid someone isn't guilty - like me! They (Harry)threatened with being dropped if i won't plead guilty - Harry Price-smith has zero interest in fighting for peoples right, freedom, an innocence. If you need duty solicitor please avoid or you'll be straight to jail DO NOT COLLECT 200 And never look back. Be very cautious especially if on legal aid.

Have been in communication with them since January. A day before my court hearing, they informed me they wouldn't be representing me. I was devastated and helpless. I asked the lady why was I not informed on time? She said and I quote, "well this is the situation you should deal with it". I will not recommend or use in the future.

Telling me I'm not entitled to legal aid when actually I am and wanting me to pay upfront before hand spoke to numerous people and I no I'm entitled to legal aid.
