AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE READ.

Had my case for over FOUR months and did absolutely nothing with it, not even start the process slightly. They have wasted valuable time and caused me nothing but stress! I emailed several times weeks apart to be ignored, when I did get a reply it was always we are going through the documents you will have an email by the end of the week then I would get absolutely nothing even after chasing them after they failed to meet their own deadline! I have been emailing THREE different people for all of them to ignore me its absolutely disgusting how they treat people.

I understand things take time I am okay with that however you do not give people expectations you cannot meet and keep letting them down week after week, you do not ignore people when you are meant to be helping and you do not waste months and months of peoples time.

I emailed to advise I would need a reply within 7 days as I need to get the case moving so if I dont will have to pass to another solicitor, guess what? IGNORED ME, I still havent had a reply! Absolutely ridiculous.

And dont be fooled if you speak to them first about a case they were very keen to help me and everything was great until I actually wanted their help.

We recently used ORJ Law in Stafford to purchase our first home and couldnt recommend them enough for the outstanding conveyancing service received. Having bought and sold dozens of rental properties using several different conveyancing lawyers I decided due to the inflated prices I was getting for doing fairly routine work from the couple of companies I had used in the past to try this internet connection to ORJ. 1st observation was the price, much lower than people I had used several times before. my 1st thoughts were they will be rubbish as the price was so much lower. BUT exactly the opposite!! always available to speak to you, got on with it and have now used them twice and will be selling again and will go straight to Sian at ORJ, don't hesitate people these are the real deal and give them a go, thanks Sian for all your efforts in getting the last two sales over the line with little fuss!!

Following the death of my mother, my brother and I, as executors of her estate, needed to sell her house. Despite the distance we live from the property (the closer of us is 150 miles away) Clare Owen and her colleagues at ORJ made the conveyancing of the property very straightforward, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism. Communication was timely, polite and easy to understand. An excellent service at a competitive fee.

STAY AWAY THEY LOST 2 LOTS OF PAPERWORK, THAT WAS SENT TO THEM IN THEIR OWN PRE STAMPED ENVELOPE, THEY RESENT IT BY RECORDED POST AND LOST THAT ONE TOO! THERE WAS LITTLE OR NO COMMUNICATION TILL THE LAST WEEK, WHEN THEY INFORMED ME BY EMAIL ABOUT THE CONTRACT LOSS. AT ONE STAGE THEY CALLED THE BUYERS SOLICITOR SAYING I HADN'T SIGNED THE CONTRACT, TRUTH BEING THEY HAD LOST IT. THE BUYER AND MYSELF SAT DOWN AND ARRANGED A DATE FOR COMPLETION AND THEN EMAILED THIS INFO TO THEM. THEY SEEM TO FORGET WHAT THEY HAVE SAID TO YOU PREVIOUSLY, THEN CALL TO SAY HAND THE KEYS OVER, ALTHOUGH THE CONTRACT STATED A SET TIME. NOTHING BUT STRESS AND MORE STRESS VERY POOR SERVICE, FROM YOUNG PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA.

ORJ have been most helpful and efficient in dealing with my property purchase, keeping me informed at each step. I would certainly use ORJ Law every time.

Initially I had some issues with communication with the company taking too long to reply to my emails but later on down the line when I expressed my concerns with Tom Welling he was fast to rectify the issue and communicate with me more frequency to help me with any questions I had making the experience smooth and easy. Overall the experience was great once good communication was established.
