My buyer used Guard and Co when purchasing my property, his solicitor was Karen McCormick. She made the whole process stressful and was absolutely useless, we had to arrange three different completion dates before she was ready, she even suggested an earlier date before the final completion actually happened. She was not ready to exchange after having plenty of warning and even took the day off work.

We ended up exchanging and completing on the same day which made the day so stressful as I wasn't even sure I was going to move that morning. I would never use Guard and Co even if I was paid too!
