I recently moved home and needed a reliable friendly Solicitors to sort out all the necessary paperwork, my Solicitor was a Lady called Jade Dooley and her secretary was Ellie, they were both so friendly and helpful, Jade not only sorted out the conveyancing to buy my new home, she and Ellie helped me even more so as I didn't understand the Solicitors that were selling my old property, they completely confused me! Jade was patient and sorted everything out for me.

The lady on reception was amazing and so helpful too. I would recommend Band Hatton Button Solicitors to anyone, they are courteous polite and very professional, I met several of them in person and they made me feel at ease, I will definitely use them for any other conveyancing I may need. By instructing this company I made a very big mistake! I should have read the adverse reviews before I signed. The words they state on their website and in their care code all sound very nice but in reality its very different. Take all of the glib words and superlatives with a very large pinch of salt. Rather than engaging with the matter in hand and getting on with it theirs, in my opinion and experience in dealing with them, is a very " laid back " approach taking an overly long time to reply to emails. Promises on the website meet with apathy in practice and whereas one would expect a level of grammar and spelling beyond a middle school level, emails I received were shameful of a supposed " professional " office with spelling mistakes throughout and an arrogant and condescending attitude from a member of the litigation team which made me and other people I showed it to wonder " are they actually working for me?" Based, on my experience only, I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. Take your hand earned money and go elsewhere I wish I had!

Have used them three times over the past 10 years - buying and selling property. Recently moved out of their catchment area and they were able to provide a remote service. I only had to go in once to sign a few documents. Jade was highly professional. They can be busy at times but always responded as soon as possible. Happy with their services.

Excellent conveyancing service, Dina Parmar and her team were a delight to work with and kept me informed throughout our transaction. We worked on this remotely as I did not have the time to go into their offices, Dina made the whole process easy and we did everything within the 2 week timeline I needed.

Horribly disappointing experience with the solicitor who dealt with the sale of my flat in Coventry. Slow, uncommunicative, and always sounded as though speaking to me was a terrible bore for her. When she forgot to ask the leaseholder for some info that my buyer needed to proceed and went off on her holidays for three weeks, instead of the expected apology for dropping the ball I got a defensive "well I've requested it now". The delay caused me to miss out on my dream home, but it does warm my heart to know that it was all for the greater good of my solicitor having a nice holiday.

Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. It can be so stressful when you have to resort to getting legal advice about anything, especially when there is lots of money involved. BHB put me at ease and kept me informed all the way, so now my business is up and running. Thank you.
