The team from reception staff and admin staff to the solictors are indeed very professional in what they do and are helpful and friendly from answering of the very first call by reception to last communication. The team can be reached very easily so your not having to keep chasing like you have to with some firm and nothing is to much trouble. In particular Neelam and Shaista who we dealt with in a recent property and also personal matter were excellent through out, everything was explained in clear detail both went out of their way to help and get things wrapped up super fast and again always on hand to take a call or even see us if we walked through the door without an appointment.

Residental Property They don't give complete information when they were taking your case. They back off last day when called me for final signatures. They back off my case and charge me more money than I had paid. Also, give me wrong awful advice Thanks God I haven't listen to them otherwise I will be in deep trouble.

Called for callback on conveyancing Noor called back. This jack the lad needs to learn how to talk to people properly. No introductions, just threw a number at me and I asked him your giving me a quote with no explanation. And given the attitude he really needs to look at the way he talks to people especially people who are enquiring as it doesn't give the company a good look!
