I have dealt with two solicitors at Rothera Bray, Kayes Walk office during this past year & both have given an excellent service. Hayley Hart was in charge of the sale of my late father's property & any questions/queries were dealt with promptly & efficiently & the sale went through smoothly. James Briggs helped myself & my sister navigate the complex process of finalising two Will Trusts & was very patient in explaining everything in 'Layman's Terms'. I would definitely use the firm again & have no hesitation in recommending them.

We’re very happy that Joanna Merriman was assigned to our case. She was very personable, and came across as very organised, sending all the right documents at exactly the right time with no mistakes. The information she provided was also very timely, and as first-time house-buyers, we often found that she was answering questions before we had even thought of them, be it in emails or documents, which was very reassuring and helpful. Following the death of a family member they helped us through Probate and subsequent sale of the property. The team at Rotheras are all very helpful efficient and easy to communicate with. They kept us up to date with progress at every stage making the whole process quick and stress free.

Not the cheapest, but you pay for what you get. No chasing them to expedite things, as with other companies. Very pleased with conveyancing, used them twice and had a much more streamlined and stress free experience than friends that have used cheaper solicitors.

My experience with Rotheras solicitors was far from great from the outset Having paid to have an initial meeting via video call to be told that my case was something that they would be interested in taking on to then have to go over the same thing again and again whilst being charged each time is disappointing The only reason I managed to get my situation resolved was because I had instructed ACAS prior to speaking to Rotheras, I was not given a break down of the work I was paying for after the first meeting and on the final payment I was given a breakdown and charged by Rotheras for an email asking me if I had received a payment off the company I was in dispute with!

Constantly getting email notification that the solicitor was not in the office and would not be back till? In my opinion you get what you pay a lot for does not equate to this firm

Kathryn Simpson at West Brigford helped my wife and I buy our new house and we had nothing but pushbacks and stalling from the seller's and their solicitors. Kathryn didn't take any of their mess and sped the process up no end.
