I can help you understand the issues that might affect any contract that you will enter into as a business. My work will cover an understanding of the contract terms, including those often described as "boilerplate". Why the terms are there, why they are important, and how they may affect your business.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1981. In 1985 I joined David Oliver to set up Oliver & Co, a firm specialising in corporate and insolvency work. The firm merged to be become Sherwin Oliver in 1989, where I headed the corporate and non-contentious insolvency team. Sherwin Oliver merged with another firm in 2001.
