Flint Bishop LLP

We have used Flint Bishop for years. We have always received a excellent service from them. They always over deliver and under promise. We purchased a new house and Connor Walker was absolutely amazing. He was really professional and would go to great lengths to make sure everything went well. I can't thank him enough to get us through some challenging times with our sales. I would highly recommend Flint Bishop as they always deliver.

If I could rate this a zero I would! This company especially *** is awful! I paid off an outstanding debt yet she didn't do the relevant checks to see this, proof of payment had already been sent yet she would still call and harras me threatening me with court and being so rude on the phone! Stressed me out hugely! Actually thinking of contacting citizens advice! Dreadful!

If I could give six stars I would! Excellent service received from Sukhy in the recent sale of our property. We would like to thank her for the efficient and professional service throughout the process. We would also like to thank Helen for her invaluable help, especially in helping us with queries, providing such prompt replies and completing the sale at short notice.

We used Flint Bishop for the purchase of our house. We would not use them again or recommend them. They incorrectly registered our property with the Land Registry. We queried this at the time. The end of our garden is still not registered as ours, despite our deeds stating otherwise. We complained in January 2021, asking the registration to be corrected in line with the deeds. Now, in March 2022, after numerous emails and phonecalls to Sukhy Kandola, we are no further forward. Most recently we have emailed Ms Kandola and Andrew Cochrane (6 and 18 March) and as of today, 25 March, we are still awaiting a reply. NOT GOOD SERVICE!

Wow totally fantastic, Connor took all our calls when called him, replied to emails, went above and beyond for us, even kept us updated at all times, truly one amazing solicitor, thankyou connor

Excellent! Can't recommend Angela Davis and her team enough! Went through a financial remedy (ex came out the woodwork years after divorcing with pound signs in his eyes). Angela's expertise and experience and super calm manner turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a 'walk in the park'. With her knowledge and sheer brilliance wiped the floor with my ex!

Throughout it all she kept me strong and focused and I felt she was right by my side. She had total empathy for the horrid situation I'd been put in and was a total tower of strength. The whole team are amazing. A massive thank you too to her brilliant secretary Karen whom on many occasions listened to me waffle and made me laugh many times and put me at ease. Jane Shepherd and Sam Tice have made an excellent job of amending my will, at a reasonable price.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness After taking money for a house sale they were consistently rude, and created excused not to progress the sale. When asked about this we were repeatedly told other houses where a higher priority, and they were too busy. This caused the house sale to take a full year to progress with no chain. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Critical: Responsiveness Been geting my devoce done with these people its been over three quarters of a year since finishing it and im still waiting for my settlement. Two weeks before xmas got told need to change the paperwork and it will be sorted in new year and its the 19th now and still no paperwork for me to sign extremely slow at there job.

Used these for our recent house move and would not use them again. They were provided to us by our estate agent and despite a name I was familiar with the service was poor. We never received any calls from them even when our first buyer pulled out we had to call them. Everytime I needed to contact them I either got very Curt responses or more often than not had to leave a message for a call back which never happened. The buyers and sellers solicitors often needed updates from them and felt like I was doing all the leg work and for the fees they get, this should not be the case.

Really kind receptionists. Were really supportive with the sale of my house. Being local it was great to be able to pop in to drop off / hand in items

Critical: Professionalism Sellers left rubbish at my new house after signing a contract to leave the house and garden clean. It took Flints over 5 months to get me half the costs towards removing this rubbish. I had to keep asking them all the time and only then would they chase this up. I would not reccomend them because of this.
