David is a partner with over 30 years' experience in both Conveyancing work and Private Client work. He has conducted well over 1000 conveyances during this time. David qualified as a solicitor in 1990 after passing his solicitors finals exams at the first attempt in Manchester. He completed his training contract at Blackhusrt Parker and Yates (now Blackhurst Swainson Goodier) in Preston. After a further period with the Preston firm Whittle Robinson (now John Whittle Robinson) he joined our firm in 1999.

I have used Milne Moser Solicitors for almost 30 years! In that time I have bought and sold a lot of properties - moved house 7 times in 5 years at one point! Milne Moser are proper 'old school' solicitors who look out for their clients with care and integrity. They do their absolute best for their clients and I heartily recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and get excellent service.

Having bought and sold a few properties in my time I can say with utter frankness that the service received from Ms Suzanne Kavanagh was superb. So efficient and effective she kept us informed at every stage. She acted immediately on instructions and on receipt of emails and correspondence. She is professional and skilled. She picked up on errors I had made in giving some information.

Selling a house is stressful, fact. Milne Moser Solicitors make it less stressful! They took time to ensure we knew what was happening and their online portal gives you a real time view of where things are up to and I really liked that. Ms Kavanagh carried out the conveyancing of our property with complete professionalism despite some irritating delay on the side of the buyer's legal representative, she kept us well informed throughout the whole process which has been very much appreciated. The recent sale of a farm has brought to an end a long relationship between my family and Milne Moser and for the past 17 years Justine Allen has acted for us.
