My mother used Silk and I would say that their communications with her were very poor. To be able to speak to someone over the phone on numerous occasions seemed like hard work.

Really brilliant solicitor. Can't thank them enough. Extremely supportive. Unfortunately I have had to put down to one star, it seems that they are are open to being bought and deceptive and not supportive in my basic rights and appear to be helping the respondent. Even with legal aid in place they didn't make me aware of court dates where my non mol order was contested.3 separate dates for court hearings I was not made aware of in advance.

If a solicitor representative cannot tell you about your court dates in advance.then something is very wrong. I hope we can resolve matters in the future, because working for the respondant appears they are open to pay offs. I am still grateful for their support to get me a non mol order.it seems that they are afraid to help me now and that the financial secretary is telling lies. I don't stress because Karma will come around in them if they are deliberately lying. We will see.all we can do is hope for our rights and honesty.

Extremely good solicitors to use. Good value for money that pay alot of attention to detail in there searches. Any red flags they are honest and will advise accordingly. I would recommend any one to use there services. I can be sure to use there services again in the future. Dealt with silks around 5 times over the years from a family will to house purchases and last week called the reception if a certain solicitor could give me a quick call to offer some advice on a possible apartment purchase, the receptionist was not to polite or helpful but was told i would receive a call the following day at the latest, didnt receive a call back, two days later went on silks website and filled in the enquires form explaining my needs and that i hadnt received a call back and wrote if i could be contacted again, but again i never received a call back. rather disapointing service.
