With a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old, we discovered too late that, in our opinion, the charges for under 5s are pretty steep (22 for the two). Perhaps we are way out of step, but do be aware!

Cienna did an amazing job in the Upton salon. I went in requiring a big colour correction, throughout she explained what she was doing and why and talked me through different options to correct the colour but still keep the blonde I wanted. I would highly recommend her as a stylist.

When I asked to book an appointment for my sons first haircut, they were incredibly helpful and made sure we were paired with someone who was good with kids. Got there and the woman was so lovely, and understanding and reassuring. My son was far better behaved than I thought he'd be, so always a plus

I have been going to swaffields in Wimborne for several months and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. The staff are attentive, welcoming and always go the extra mile to do my hair just the way I like it. I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting a 5 star hair cut at an affordable price!

Swaffields have always delivered friendly service along with their high quality cuts. I usually have my hair wash, cut and styled, however previously with highlights. I can genuinely recommend all cut and colours by various hairdressers. I plan to have my hair restyled and coloured again, most definitely coming here. If visiting Wimborne or stopping off and you are in need of a cut, walk ins are accepted but advise that you call ahead just to make sure :

This morning we had the first stress free haircut in my grandson's nearly 3 years! No tears, no screaming, just a lovely haircut. Thank you Mandy. Another comment said expensive for children but it was 3/4 of the price we normally pay in a Christchurch hairdressers!

Incredibly rude manager. I took my 1 year old boy in and she couldn't have been less welcoming if she tried. The girl who cut his hair was good but I will never go back as I would never want to encounter the manager! Clearly she has no customer service training whatsoever.
